Program Description: Beautiful Homes Group offers an SMS messaging program to send you property alerts, listing updates, appointment reminders, market reports, and other communications related to our real estate services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences.

How to Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe from any message we send. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, text START. For help, text HELP at any time.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Beautiful Homes Group is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier. Please consult your carrier’s rate plan for details.

Beautiful Homes Group is a real estate team led by Mike and Lenka Garcia, licensed under Maximum One Premier Realtors (Broker of Record: Neal Matheson), serving buyers and sellers of homes, land, and acreage in Dawson County and along the GA-400 corridor. We serve clients in English and Spanish.

Age Restriction

Our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or providing your personal information to us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use our services, submit any personal information, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. Beautiful Homes Group reserves the right to terminate any service agreement upon discovering that a user is under the age of 18.

Beautiful Homes Group provides licensed real estate services in the State of Georgia, including but not limited to:

Buyer Representation — Assisting buyers with the search, evaluation, and purchase of residential homes, new construction, and land along the GA-400 corridor and in Dawson County.
Seller Representation — Listing, marketing, and facilitating the sale of residential properties and land, with pricing based on recorded subdivision sales data.
Land & Acreage — Specialized guidance on land transactions including septic suitability, sewer access, road frontage, flood zones, and soil data review.
Market Information — Publishing county records, building permit activity, water and sewer service boundaries, and neighborhood data to assist in informed decision-making.

All real estate services are provided in compliance with Georgia real estate licensing laws and the rules of Maximum One Premier Realtors. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or appraisal advice. Please consult appropriate licensed professionals for such needs.

IDX Listings & Property Information

Property listings displayed on our website are sourced from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and are provided for informational purposes only. Listing data is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed. Beautiful Homes Group is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in listing data. All listings are subject to prior sale, price changes, and withdrawal without notice.

Information regarding building permits, septic suitability, flood zones, sewer service, and other county records is provided as a courtesy based on publicly available data. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and consult appropriate professionals prior to making any purchasing decisions.
