How we work
We do the records work
Utilities, flood mapping, soils, zoning, plats, covenants. We would rather spend an afternoon at the county than have you discover something after closing.
We put numbers in writing
Pricing rationale, net sheets, cost estimates. If we tell you a number, you get the comparables and the assumptions behind it.
We work in both languages
Showings, negotiation, and closing documents in English or Spanish, with no third party translating in the middle of your transaction.

Dawson County is home, and the corridor around it is where we spend our time.
